Rosa Sidy, LMT, is an Arizona State licensed and nationally certified massage therapist. She is trained and experienced in a variety of massage techniques, which include Sports Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Reflexology, Hydrotherapy and La Stone ®. Rosa enjoys integrating and applying these modalities to her massage according to her clients’ needs. Besides working at her private practice, Rosa has also gained experience and knowledge from working at a spa, doing on-sight massage for athletes, and teaching Massage Therapy.

Rosa enjoys helping her clients create a more relaxed, peaceful and positive lifestyle. She creates a professional, comfortable space for her clients to unwind during their massage session.

Rosa has been a part of the Flagstaff community for 12 years. When she is not massaging, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, hiking and other outdoor activities, traveling, and taking part in community events.
